Each and every piece is made to order & custom made for you, due to this reason, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Please measure your neck to guarantee your perfect fit prior to ordering. 

In the event that an item comes damaged or your order is incorrect, please e-mail us immediately upon receipt and we will be glad to help with any issues.  

Your order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed. Please make sure to check all details before you complete your checkout. Verify your order for length, colour and the spelling before you place the order.

Below is the Inuktitut syllabics, you can copy and paste the letter to make the word you want or you can write it in the English alphabet and we will translate it for you.

Custom pieces take approximately 19-29 business days to be delivered, production time of the necklace is included in this time frame. However, it may take a little longer to get to you if you live in an isolated community. 

If you are ordering a personalized necklace, providing your name or the word that is already translated in syllabics will ensure a much quicker creation time. However, you can send it in English letters and we’d be happy to translate the name/word for you. For example, if you send us the name ''Sarah'', we will translate it to ''ᓯᐊᔭ''.

Pieces that have already been made and are ready to be shipped can take up to 7-14 days to be delivered. 

The necklaces and earrings are manufactured by a nameplate customization company. The beaded pieces are handmade.
